The final stretch is open ocean, which gives you time to process everything you've seen and use the ship one last time. It's a proper Caribbean tour: 3 countries, from Mexico to Belize. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Liberty Of The Seas has 10 dining spots on board, most of them included. An August departure puts you in the best summer conditions: long days, warm nights, plenty of sun. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
