The kind of trip where you lose track of what day it is, and nobody cares. 11 nights from Tampa on December 10, 2026, visiting Great Stirrup Cay, Cabo Rojo-Pedernales, Oranjestad, Willemstad, Falmouth Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. The route threads through 5 countries along the Caribbean coast: Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Jamaica and Cayman Islands. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 14 restaurants on Norwegian Gem, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 11 nights. 11 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
