There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. The route threads through 8 countries along the Caribbean coast: Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Jamaica and Cayman Islands. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 17 restaurants on Norwegian Escape, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 14 nights. By night three you start recognising faces; by night ten you're swapping numbers. That's the magic of a longer sailing. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
