This 10-night sailing from Civitavecchia (Rome) on August 28, 2026 visits Messina, Katakolon and Corfu, with additional stops along the Eastern Mediterranean. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 7 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. 4 countries (Italy, Greece, Montenegro and Croatia) across the Eastern Mediterranean, each with its own character. Katakolon stands out. It's Gateway to ancient Olympia. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Celebrity Ascent joined the Celebrity Cruises's lineup in 2023. Still has that new-ship feel. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. And August means long, warm days.
