You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 14 nights from Barcelona on August 20, 2028, visiting Palma de Mallorca, Marseille and Genoa, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean. You get off in Piraeus (Athens), which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 12 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Crossing 5 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Türkiye. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Don't rush through La Spezia, which is known as Gateway to the pastel villages of Cinque Terre. Roughly 12 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Sun Princess launched in 2024, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. The shows alone are worth the extra nights.
