A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 10-night sailing from Galveston on March 27, 2028 visits Cozumel, Puerto Limon, Colon and Roatan Island. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Galveston, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. Crossing 4 borders through the Caribbean: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and Honduras. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Colon, Where the canal connects two oceans. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Sunshine takes the food seriously, with 15 restaurants to choose from. 8 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck.
