Grand Alaskan – Ketchikan & Juneau
About this cruise
The kind of trip that's easy to say yes to and hard to regret. 7 nights from Vancouver on May 7, 2027, visiting Ketchikan, Sitka, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Hubbard Glacier and Seward. You get off in Seward, which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 6 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. You're essentially sailing through a nature documentary. Pack layers. Don't rush through Seward, which is known as Where the mountains dive into the sea. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. You won't go hungry on Celebrity Solstice. 5 restaurants come with the fare, plus 5 more when you feel like treating yourself. And May is a good time to go. Mild weather, things starting to bloom, and fewer people than summer. All told, 6 ports across 7 nights covers a lot.
