You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 11 nights from Boston on August 21, 2027, visiting Eastport, Halifax and St. John's, with additional stops along the US & Canada East Coast. Disembarkation is in Montreal. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 10 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Manhattan skyline to maritime Canada. City energy at one end, quiet fishing towns at the other. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Saguenay, Deep fjords in the heart of Québec. Roughly 8 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Volendam takes the food seriously, with 6 restaurants to choose from. 4 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. If you've done the short cruises and want more, this is the upgrade. Longer, deeper, and more relaxed. And August means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool.
