Greek Island Escape – Santorini & Athens

A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 7-night sailing from Bari on August 1, 2026 visits Santorini, Piraeus (Athens), Katakolon, Kefalonia and Corfu. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. A lot of Western civilisation started around here, and the views haven't changed much since. Keep an eye out for Piraeus (Athens): The Acropolis beckons from the harbour. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Sinfonia keeps you well fed. 4 places to eat, with 4 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Long enough that you stop checking your phone. Short enough that you're not bored. If you can, add a night in Bari before boarding. It's a good city to wander. And August means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. That's 7 nights well spent.
