Greek Island Escape – Santorini & Athens
About this cruise
Long enough to properly switch off but not so long you need to reorganise your entire life. This 7-night round-trip sailing from Bari on October 3, 2026 visits Santorini, Piraeus (Athens), Katakolon, Kefalonia and Corfu. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. A lot of Western civilisation started around here, and the views haven't changed much since. Kefalonia alone is worth the trip, Captain Corelli's turquoise paradise. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC Sinfonia has 4 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. Bari itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. Worth booking. That's the short version.
