If you want the classic cruise without a massive time commitment, this is a strong option. 7 nights from Galveston on March 12, 2028, visiting Cozumel, Roatan Island and Costa Maya. The ports come early and the voyage wraps with sea days. A good way to decompress before heading home. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. Most ports give you about 9 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, Icon Of The Seas (2024) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. A spring departure helps too: decent weather and a calmer feel at each port. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
