Mediterranean Grandeur – Riviera & Adriatic
About this cruise
You board in Barcelona on June 27, 2027 for 10 nights visiting Marseille, Genoa and Corfu, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean, and you come back from this kind of trip wondering why you don't do it more often. You get off in Civitavecchia (Rome), which is a good excuse to tack on a few days on land. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. It's a proper Western Mediterranean tour: 5 countries, from France to Croatia. Don't rush through Dubrovnik, which is known as The pearl of the Adriatic. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Carnival Sunshine has 15 dining spots on board, most of them included. The longer time on board means you'll catch several shows, themed nights, and start feeling like a regular at your favourite bar. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. All told, 7 ports across 10 nights covers a lot.
