Mediterranean to Florida – Rome & Bermuda
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 14 nights from Civitavecchia (Rome) on October 30, 2026, visiting Cagliari, Málaga, Funchal, Kings Wharf and Fort Lauderdale. You wind up in Fort Lauderdale, so it's worth planning a night or two there. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Civitavecchia (Rome), you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. 5 countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Bermuda and United States) across the Western Mediterranean, each with its own character. Funchal stands out. It's An island garden floating in the Atlantic. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Celebrity Ascent launched in 2023, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All in all, it's a solid trip.
