A trip this long changes your rhythm entirely, and that's very much the point. 30 nights from San Diego on November 19, 2026, visiting Hilo, Kailua-Kona and Kahului, with additional stops along the Mexican Riviera & Central America. It starts gently with sea days, so by the time you reach the first port you'll have explored the ship and actually feel on holiday. Cabo's beaches at one end, jungle-backed Central American ports at the other. You get around 10 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Zaandam has 6 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. A November sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Whether you've cruised before or not, this 30-night itinerary is a genuinely good one.
