Some of the best trips are the ones you barely had to plan. 4 nights from Jacksonville on August 12, 2027, visiting Celebration Key and Nassau, and you're home before the laundry piles up. Don't rush through Celebration Key, which is known as Carnival's newest private island escape. With about 8 hours at each port, you'll want a plan, or at least a shortlist. There are 6 restaurants on Carnival Elation, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 4 nights. Jacksonville itself is worth spending some time in.
