A trip this long changes your rhythm entirely, and that's very much the point. 15 nights from Dover on January 1, 2028, visiting Rotterdam, Casablanca and Agadir, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean. You finish in Barcelona. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. The route threads through 3 countries along the Western Mediterranean coast: Netherlands, Morocco and Spain. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Nieuw Statendam has 12 restaurants on board, which means you could eat somewhere different nearly every night. Longer sailings have a different energy. People relax into it, stop rushing, and start actually talking to each other. While everyone else deals with the January cold, you'll be somewhere warmer. And floating.
