A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 8-night sailing from Miami on November 13, 2027 visits Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), Kralendijk and Oranjestad. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Miami, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. Port to port, the water changes colour and the music changes too. That's the fun of it. Don't rush through Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), which is known as Dominican amber and Atlantic waves. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. There are 11 restaurants on Carnival Venezia, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 8 nights. Miami itself is worth spending some time in. Don't just treat it as a departure point. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. All told, 3 ports across 8 nights covers a lot.
