A week or so at sea, a few great ports, and nothing to organise once you're on board. This 8-night sailing from Miami on November 27, 2027 visits Oranjestad, Kralendijk and Puerto Plata (Amber Cove). The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. Crossing 3 borders through the Caribbean: Aruba, Caribbean Netherlands and Dominican Republic. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Keep an eye out for Kralendijk: Bonaire's colourful coral capital. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Carnival Venezia takes the food seriously, with 11 restaurants to choose from. 5 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And November is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. That's 8 nights well spent.
