Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 11-night sailing leaves Vancouver on October 19, 2027 and visits San Diego, Mazatlan, La Paz and Cabo San Lucas. Disembarkation is in San Diego. The sea days come first, which means no rushing to get off the ship on day one. You hit the ports relaxed and ready. Zip-lining, beach tacos, and water warm enough that you don't think twice about jumping in. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be La Paz, The pearl of the Sea of Cortez. Roughly 9 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Koningsdam takes the food seriously, with 12 restaurants to choose from. 6 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. If you've done the short cruises and want more, this is the upgrade. Longer, deeper, and more relaxed. And October is a good call. Still warm, less crowded, and usually cheaper too. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
