By September 22, 2027 you'll be ready for this. 10 nights out of Alicante, visiting Port Mahon, Olbia and Genoa, with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean, and nothing on the agenda except showing up. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. Crossing 4 borders through the Western Mediterranean: Spain, Italy, France and Portugal. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. You get around 9 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, MSC Sinfonia takes the food seriously, with 4 restaurants to choose from. 4 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Longer sailings have a different energy. People relax into it, stop rushing, and start actually talking to each other. Couples, small groups, or anyone who wants proper time away will find this hits the spot. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Alicante has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. A September sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed.
