Volcanic Slopes – Funchal, Tenerife & Lanzarote
About this cruise
7 nights, 4 ports, all from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on November 26, 2026. The route visits Funchal, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Puerto del Rosario and Arrecife and the whole thing just flows. Port days and sea days take turns, which is about as well-paced as a cruise itinerary gets. Black-sand beaches on one island, dense laurel forests on another. The Canaries are surprisingly varied. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, Costa Smeralda holds 5,224 guests across 20 decks. It's a big ship, with plenty to keep you busy. A November sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
