14 nights - Longing Destination Svalbard - from/to Kiel
About this cruise
Every port gets the time it deserves and the sea days in between are half the fun. This 14-night sailing leaves Kiel on June 29, 2027 and visits Copenhagen, Nordfjordeid, Longyearbyen, Honningsvåg, Tromsø and Stavanger. Every port day is followed by a sea day, so you get time to sleep in, use the ship, and look forward to the next stop. It's a proper Northern Europe & Scandinavia tour: 3 countries, from Denmark to Svalbard & Jan Mayen. Don't rush through Tromsø, which is known as The Arctic capital where the Northern Lights dance. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Mein Schiff 7 (2024) is one of the newer ships out there, with current design and recent tech throughout. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. And June means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. All told, 6 ports across 14 nights covers a lot.
