Canary Island Explorer – Funchal & Las Palmas
About this cruise
You board in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on March 22, 2026 for 7 nights visiting Arrecife, Puerto del Rosario, Santa Cruz de la Palma, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Funchal, and you come back from this kind of trip wondering why you don't do it more often. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. Black-sand beaches on one island, dense laurel forests on another. The Canaries are surprisingly varied. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Funchal, An island garden floating in the Atlantic. Around 10 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. MSC Musica takes the food seriously, with 4 restaurants to choose from. 3 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. Timing-wise, spring usually means comfortable temperatures and lower prices than peak season. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
