Cobalt Waters – Tortola & Amber Cove
About this cruise
This one leaves Miami on October 24, 2026 and spends 7 nights visiting Puerto Plata (Amber Cove), St. Thomas, Tortola and Great Stirrup Cay at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. Crossing 4 borders through the Caribbean: Dominican Republic, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands and Bahamas. You'll notice the culture shift at every stop. Roughly 8 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. As for the ship itself, Norwegian Luna joined the Norwegian Cruise Line's lineup in 2026. Still has that new-ship feel. If you like having options (restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment), a big ship delivers that. Pro tip: fly in the day before. Miami has plenty to offer, and you'll board relaxed instead of rushed. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
