Mediterranean Tapestry – Barcelona to Rome & Catania
About this cruise
10 nights, 8 ports, all from Barcelona on September 16, 2027. The route visits Marseille, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Livorno (Florence/Pisa), with additional stops along the Western Mediterranean and the whole thing just flows. The itinerary clusters several port calls together. Fast-paced for a few days, then the sea days hit and you can catch your breath. It's a proper Western Mediterranean tour: 3 countries, from France to Spain. You get around 11 hours in each port, which is enough for an excursion, lunch, and some wandering around on your own. When you're not ashore, From casual buffets to proper sit-down restaurants, Norwegian Dawn has 14 dining spots on board, most of them included. One of the underrated parts of a longer cruise: you actually get to know people. The couple from dinner, the group at trivia, the bartender who remembers your drink. A September sailing dodges the peak crowds while the weather is still cooperating. Well timed. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
