This one leaves Norfolk on September 5, 2026 and spends 8 nights visiting Saint John, Halifax and Sydney at a pace where every day has something going on but there's always time to just sit and watch the water too. The first couple of days are at sea, which gives you time to settle in and get to know the ship before the ports begin. Old harbours, fresh lobster, and autumn leaves if you time it right. Classic New England stuff. Most ports give you about 8 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, There are 15 restaurants on Carnival Sunshine, so you'd need to double up a few evenings to try them all in 8 nights. Being shoulder season helps: golden light, comfortable weather, and shorter queues at the popular spots. Hard to ask for much more than that, honestly.
