Pacific Basin – Victoria & Juneau
About this cruise
Long enough to properly switch off but not so long you need to reorganise your entire life. This 7-night round-trip sailing from Seattle on August 13, 2026 visits Tracy Arm Fjord, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan and Victoria. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 5 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. Even the open-water days are scenic here, with mountains on either side and blue ice in the distance. Don't rush through Ketchikan, which is known as Totem poles, rain, and wild salmon. Roughly 8 hours per stop. More of a sampler than a deep dive. Carnival Miracle takes the food seriously, with 7 restaurants to choose from. 5 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. Long enough that you stop checking your phone. Short enough that you're not bored. And August means long, warm days. Good for the ports, good for the pool. All told, 5 ports across 7 nights covers a lot.
