Warm Trade Winds – Costa Maya, Roatan & Ocean Cay
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 14 nights from Miami on December 19, 2026, visiting Roatan Island, Costa Maya, Cozumel, Ocean Cay, Puerto Plata (Amber Cove) and San Juan. Expect a run of consecutive ports, 6 stops total, with the busiest days packed close together. The sea days around them feel earned. The Caribbean route takes in Honduras, Mexico, Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, 5 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Ocean Cay, MSC's marine reserve reborn from industry. Roughly 10 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. MSC World America launched in 2025, so everything on board is still new. You can tell. With more nights comes more time for the ship's rhythm to kick in: morning coffee in the same spot, evening shows, late-night conversations on deck. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Miami before boarding. It's a good city to wander. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
