You leave Vancouver on May 23, 2026 and the route takes you through Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway, with additional stops along the Alaska at a pace where there's never any need to rush. A few ports come in quick succession, which is great for sightseeing but means you'll appreciate the sea days when they arrive. The wildlife alone makes it worth it: whales, bears, eagles, sea otters. Bring binoculars. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Ketchikan, Totem poles, rain, and wild salmon.
