Atlantic Grandeur – Vigo & Madeira
About this cruise
You come back from a trip like this actually rested, not just "I went on vacation" rested. 12 nights from Southampton on April 12, 2027, visiting Vigo, Funchal, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Arrecife and Lisbon. Ports up front, sea days at the end. By the time you're back in Southampton, you'll feel properly rested rather than rushed. Black-sand beaches on one island, dense laurel forests on another. The Canaries are surprisingly varied. Lisbon alone is worth the trip, Seven hills of fado, pastéis, and golden light. Roughly 11 hours ashore per stop. No need to rush. Sky Princess takes the food seriously, with 8 restaurants to choose from. 4 are included, and the rest are worth the splurge. The shows alone are worth the extra nights. You'll catch comedy, music, theatre, and themed evenings you'd miss on a shorter trip. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. And April is a good time to go. Mild weather, things starting to bloom, and fewer people than summer. Worth booking. That's the short version.
