Nordic Coastal Journey – Copenhagen & Oslo
About this cruise
No complicated itinerary, no back-to-back transfers, just the ports, the ship, and the sea in between. This 8-night sailing from Stockholm on July 23, 2026 visits Copenhagen, Warnemünde (Rostock), Ulvik, Kristiansand and Oslo. Disembarkation is in Oslo. The shape of this trip works well: open water on either side with 5 port calls clustered in the middle. The Baltic route takes in Denmark, Germany and Norway, 3 countries, and the differences show up in the food, the architecture, and the mood. If one port sticks with you, it'll probably be Warnemünde (Rostock), A Hanseatic harbour town with Baltic charm. Around 9 hours per port on average, which is generous enough to go beyond the obvious. MSC Magnifica keeps you well fed. 4 places to eat, with 3 included in the fare and a few specialty spots if you're in the mood. Families and groups will find plenty to do: waterslides, shows, multiple pools, and something for every age. If you can, add a night in Stockholm before boarding. It's a good city to wander. The timing works well too: warm evenings on deck, late sunsets, and a lively atmosphere. It's the kind of trip you actually remember afterwards.
