Saffron Thread – Bangkok, Sihanoukville & Saigon
About this cruise
You won't run out of things to do on a trip this long, but you also won't feel like you have to do any of them. 14 nights from Singapore on December 26, 2026, visiting Laem Chabang (Bangkok), Koh Samui Island and Sihanoukville, with additional stops along the Southeast Asia. There's a stretch of back-to-back port days, so those days are busy, but the sea days around them give you time to recharge. 4 countries (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia) across the Southeast Asia, each with its own character. Most ports give you about 10 hours, so you can do more than just tick off the main sights. As for the ship itself, You won't go hungry on Sapphire Princess. 7 restaurants come with the fare, plus 7 more when you feel like treating yourself. 14 nights is long enough to build a routine on board: favourite restaurant, favourite deck chair, favourite people. It starts to feel like a floating village. The timing adds to it: swapping cold weather for sunshine and sea air is the whole pitch for a winter cruise. You'll probably start planning the next one before this one's even over.
